Responsibilities:

As an Entry-Level Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals in a high-volume contact center environment, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Providing accurate and concise information about arenaflex's products and services, demonstrating a deep understanding of our offerings and actively listening to customer needs.
  • Performing transactions or related functions for various accounts, including savings, checking, consumer loans, and credit cards, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Advising members on other products and services that may fit their needs, enhancing member interaction and promoting a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues, share knowledge, and improve processes.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and technical abilities.

Requirements:
