The Role of a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex

As a CSR at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve their concerns and provide solutions to their problems. You'll be courteous, knowledgeable, and empathetic, with a pleasant phone voice and the ability to clearly communicate with customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining good customer relations both on the phone and in person
• Gathering information from customers to help identify and solve problems
• Confirming, scheduling, and rescheduling services for the customer
• Setting sales appointments for new customers
• Answering billing questions
• Completing general clerical duties as assigned
• Working as a team with Service and Sales to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Selling the value of our services and suggesting upgrades to service
• Remaining calm and able to work under pressure when busy, while helping other team members

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or GED
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• A pleasant phone voice and the ability to clearly speak and be understood on the phone
• Multitasking skills to enter accurate data and type while speaking with customers
• The ability to remain calm and work under pressure when busy, while helping other team members
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Availability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background screen
