Key Responsibilities

As a Weekend Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through phone, email, and digital chat channels
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (such as sales and operations) to escalate and resolve problems related to entertainment events promptly
  • Multitasking efficiently to manage real-time events and high volume entertainer, event staff, and customer interactions without compromising attention to detail
  • Leveraging your computer skills to navigate our support systems, CRM tools, and knowledge base effectively
  • Managing scheduling changes and updates in a fast-paced environment
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing feedback and suggestions to improve our customer support processes and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience with in-person phone, messaging, and live chat support
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in speaking on the phone with a clear and articulate communication style
  • Strong multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail and scheduling changes
  • Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Excellent computer skills and familiarity with CRM software and support tools
  • Fluency with Google documents and spreadsheets and other Google workspace programs
  • Natural problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer support environment

  • Knowledge of CRM software and support tools
  • Experience with Google workspace programs
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
