Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Senior Customer Strategy and Portfolio Consultant to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our Customer Organization, you'll be responsible for championing the development, tracking, and socialization of our comprehensive Customer Organization Plan and Strategy. You'll lead the development and management of customer performance, monitor the customer portfolio, and establish and maintain cross-functional partnerships throughout our organization.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Customer Strategy and Portfolio Consultant, you'll be responsible for:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive customer organization plans and strategies that drive business growth and excellence.
- Managing Cross-Functional Projects or Portfolio Planning: Lead the development, management, tracking, and monitoring of customer organization performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Executive-Level Storytelling: Develop and deliver high-quality, executive-level presentations that effectively communicate customer organization plans and strategies to executive leadership.
- Developing Strategies, Plans, and Decisions: Develop and communicate strategic plans, decisions, and recommendations to executive leadership, ensuring alignment with arenaflex's overall business objectives.
- Establishing and Maintaining Cross-Functional Partnerships: Foster strong partnerships across our organization, including Customer, Commercial, and Operations Teams, to drive customer-centricity and business growth.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Knowledge of Project Management, Strategic Planning, and Portfolio Management Principles: Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive customer organization plans and strategies, managing cross-functional projects or portfolio planning, and tracking customer organization performance against KPIs.
- Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and Creating High-Quality, Executive-Level Presentations: Proficiency in creating high-quality, executive-level presentations that effectively communicate customer organization plans and strategies to executive leadership.
- Ability to Deliver a High Volume of Executive-Level Presentations in Short Periods of Time: Proven ability to deliver high-quality, executive-level presentations in short periods of time, with a focus on effective communication and storytelling.
- U.S. Citizen or Authorization to Work in the United States: Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
- Ability to Use a Computer and Other Office Productivity Tools: Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job.
