About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team at our Carlisle, PA distribution center. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes, working closely with our DC Management and Engineering teams to drive business results. Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

Data Entry (65%):

+ Input time and production data for all DC associates into the Blue Chip computer system, ensuring accuracy and completeness. + Summarize production sheets, check for errors, and report discrepancies. + Translate DCIS data and calculate performances for each associate covered by the program. + Calculate individual bonus dollars based on associate performance against production standards.

Reporting and Analysis (15%):

+ Generate and distribute production and incentive dollar reports to DC Management and Payroll. + Analyze system output and troubleshoot erroneous data to ensure data accuracy.

Administrative Tasks (10%):

+ File paperwork in accordance with established procedures and rotate files periodically for storage.

Special Projects (5%):

+ Participate in special projects as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Previous Clerical/Administrative Experience:

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role.

Technical Skills:

+ Proficiency in 10-key typing (fast and accurate). + Familiarity with data entry software and systems. + Basic math skills and attention to detail.

Soft Skills:

+ Excellent organizational and time management skills. + Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. + Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Physical Demands:

+ Ability to lift and move boxes up to 25 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

Data Analysis Experience:

Previous experience with data analysis and reporting.

Communication Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data entry errors.
