Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them navigate their healthcare journey. You'll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers: You'll take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions, ensuring that our customers have a clear understanding of their coverage and options.
- Providing solutions: You'll use your skills and knowledge to offer solutions that simplify our customers' healthcare experience and help them achieve their goals.
- Building relationships: You'll build strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and concerns, and providing personalized support and guidance.

Compensation

Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
- 1 year experience interacting with customers: You'll need to have at least 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience.
- Computer proficiency: You'll need to be proficient in Windows-based applications.
