Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Business Analyst to join our Labor Force Activities Work Execution team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our store and HR partners to identify and address concerns, develop and implement solutions, and provide strategic recommendations to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead task groups of experts and partners to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

• Perform data gathering, analysis, and reporting to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement solutions to address business challenges and improve customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with store and HR partners to identify and address concerns and develop strategic recommendations
• Provide regular reports to senior leaders and stakeholders on business performance and progress
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including store managers, division presidents, and other business leaders
• Develop and deliver presentations to senior leaders and stakeholders on business performance and progress

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a field related to business, such as business administration, management, or operations

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, operations management, or a related field
• Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations management, or a related field

• Experience working in a retail or field-based environment
• Strong knowledge of business operations, including process improvement and change management
• Experience working with data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau
• Certification in business analysis, operations management, or a related field
