Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to join our Customer Systems Development team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, efficient, and secure software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your expertise in Java, Spring, and other relevant technologies will enable you to tackle complex problems and drive innovation in our products.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and deploy high-quality Java-based software solutions that meet arenaflex's standards for scalability, efficiency, and security

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, application owners, designers, and project managers, to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
• Develop and maintain large-scale, distributed systems, including web applications, APIs, and data storage solutions
• Implement and integrate various technologies, including Spring, REST, and data access frameworks, to build robust and scalable systems
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code and adherence to arenaflex's coding standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with the development team and other stakeholders to identify and implement solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in arenaflex's products and services

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

• 2+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on Java Enterprise Edition (EE) and Spring
• Proven expertise in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale, distributed systems
• Experience with RESTful APIs, data access frameworks, and database design
• Strong understanding of software development principles, including Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with cloud-based technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, with experience in building and deploying AI-powered applications
