Key Responsibilities:
As a Data Analyst & Online Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining coverage to support business procedures and data-driven decision-making
- Creating and executing ad-hoc coverage to address business needs and drive growth
- Collaborating with Monitoring and Business Analysts to understand business requirements, maintain accurate records, and obtain business sign-offs
- Designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and data architecture
- Utilizing data storytelling principles to create clear and impactful data visualizations using Power BI
- Automating existing business processes and enhancing exception-based reporting
- Partnering with IT and business stakeholders to discover, analyze, and integrate new data sources
- Evaluating large datasets to identify relevant patterns and drive actionable insights
- Validating data for accuracy and resolving discrepancies
- Researching and remediating data errors
- Participating in the Data Governance program by updating the data dictionary and plan & methods
- Examining and validating metrics to ensure effectiveness and providing recommendations to team leaders
Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in comprehensive data analysis
- Strong experience working with Power BI, including:
+ Dimensions, Solutions, Filters, Computed Fields, and Parameters + DAX queries, Interactions, and Conditional Formatting
- Knowledge of DAX, SQL, and M Code
- Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Power BI Dataflows, or other Big Data integrations
- Strong data modeling experience using star schema or other procedures
- Problem-solving skills with statistical analysis and large data sets
- Experience with SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio), Power BI, and Power Query
- Familiarity with Smartsheets

* Experience with statistical analysis and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and services
- Experience with agile project management methodologies
