Pager Health partners with leading payers, providers and employers representing more than 26 million individuals across the United States and Latin America. Responsibilities: Data Strategy & Vision
- Define and lead an enterprise-wide data and reporting strategy.
- Establish a unified vision for how data is collected, governed, analyzed, and shared across the organization.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership.
Shared Services Leadership
- Build and lead a centralized Data & Reporting function.
- Create clarity around ownership, operating models, priorities, and standards.
Internal Analytics & Reporting
- Own enterprise dashboards, KPIs, and measurement frameworks.
- Ensure data is used effectively to drive performance and decision-making.
Client-Facing Data & Insights
- Oversee high-impact reporting and analytics delivered to clients.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure data storytelling supports growth.
Data Architecture & Governance
- Guide data architecture, pipelines, tooling, and quality standards.
- Establish governance practices and definitions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align data initiatives with business goals.
- Translate complex concepts into accessible insights.
Team Development & Mentorship
- Lead and mentor analytics, reporting, and data engineering talent.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
Prioritization & Delivery
- Manage a portfolio of internal and external data initiatives.
- Balance short-term needs with long-term investments.
Continuous Improvement
- Champion improvements in data tooling, automation, and literacy.
Innovation & Measurement
- Stay current on analytics and data trends.
- Introduce new approaches to measurement and storytelling.
Ideal Candidate:
- 8+ years of experience in data, analytics, or BI.
- Proven experience defining enterprise data strategies.
- Experience leading centralized analytics functions.
- Strong understanding of data architecture and pipelines.
- Experience delivering client-facing insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strategic, independent, and action-oriented.
