Data Annotation Project - Multiple languages needed
Services required: Transcription, MT post-editing, Linguistic validation, AI training Language pairs: Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Hindi, Italian, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Spanish, Vietnamese Subject fields: General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters Description: We’re looking for L1 speakers for an ongoing ASR post-editing/transcription + annotation project for multiple languages.

Task ASR post-editing following client-provided guidelines Accuracy is critical to avoid misunderstandings Files containing PII or very poor audio quality must be flagged and skipped Workflow Work is completed in Google Sheets An extension populates the ASR transcript and includes an embedded audio player Project Details File length: 15–30 seconds Anticipated volume: 25–50 hours of audio per month Ongoing work throughout the year
Requirements
L1 proficiency in the main working language Strong listening and written language skills Proven experience in transcription, ASR post-editing, or linguistic data annotation Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high accuracy Ability to follow detailed client guidelines consistently Comfortable working in Google Sheets and web-based tools Ability to identify and appropriately flag PII and low-quality audio
Nice to Have
