Phone Appointment Setter — Remodeling & Real Estate

One Beautiful Home® is hiring a Phone Appointment Setter to help us create quality conversations with homeowners across Northwest Indiana. This is a 1099 opportunity for someone who is comfortable on the phone, organized, reliable, and willing to follow up. Your job is simple:

• Call homeowners.
• Collect basic information.
• Build trust.Set appointments.
• Help us connect people with the right service.

One Beautiful Home® helps homeowners with remodeling, home improvement, repairs, pre-listing improvements, real estate, and financing options — all in one place. What We’re Looking For: We are looking for someone who can communicate clearly, stay consistent, take good notes, and follow up professionally. Experience in phone sales, appointment setting, real estate, mortgage, insurance, home improvement, customer service, or outbound calling is preferred. We are looking for the future manager of our phone marketing team. Someone who can produce first, learn our system, and eventually help train and lead others.

Compensation

Options: We offer two possible compensation paths depending on experience and fit:

• Option 1: Higher Commission Opportunity. Earn 9% of actual money collected on closed remodeling or home improvement jobs you help create.
• Option 2: Base + Commission Opportunity. A smaller base structure may be available for the right person, plus 2% of actual money collected on closed remodeling or home improvement jobs you help create.

Both options may include: $15 bonus for each qualified appointment that runs. Growth opportunity into lead phone appointment setter. Potential path into sales, recruiting, or helping build the phone team. Example A: $15,000 remodeling project at 9% commission could pay $1,350. Example B: A $15,000 remodeling project at 2% commission could pay $300, plus any qualified appointment bonus, base pay. Commission is based on actual money collected by the company.
