Job Title: Sr. UX Designer Location: New York, NY Duration: 06-12 Months Local/Non-Local: Locals ONLY Remote/Hybrid/Onsite: Onsite Job Type: Contract Job Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Experience Designer with strong expertise in UI/UX, concept design, and AI-assisted creative workflows. The role focuses on shaping end-to-end digital experiences, crafting compelling presentation narratives, and leveraging AI tools and prompt-based design techniques to accelerate ideation and execution. The ideal candidate blends design thinking, storytelling, and modern AI-driven creation methods to deliver impactful user experiences and business presentations. Key Responsibilities: Concept & Experience Strategy Define and drive end-to-end experience strategy across digital products and presentations Translate business problems into strong conceptual design narratives Create experience frameworks, user journeys, and interaction concepts Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams on vision alignment UI/UX Design Design intuitive and visually strong user interfaces for web and/or mobile applications Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma or similar Ensure consistency in design systems, typography, and visual language Conduct design reviews and iterate based on feedback and usability insights Presentation Graphics & Storytelling Develop high-impact presentation decks for leadership, clients, and stakeholders Transform complex ideas into visually engaging storytelling formats Create motion, layout, and visual narratives that enhance communication clarity AI-Driven / Vibe Coding / Prompt Design Use generative AI tools to accelerate ideation, UI creation, and concept exploration Design effective prompts for AI tools to generate visuals, layouts, and prototypes Experiment with “vibe coding” approaches for rapid prototyping and creative exploration Stay updated with emerging AI design tools and workflows to improve productivity and innovation Required Skills & Experience: 8–10 years of experience in UI/UX design, experience design, or digital product design (flexible for exceptional talent) Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX, conceptual design, and storytelling work Expertise in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or equivalent) Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design Experience in presentation design and visual communication Familiarity with AI tools for design and content generation (e.g., generative design tools, prompt-based workflows) Ability to think both strategically and visually Preferred Skills: Experience working with product teams in Agile environments Basic understanding of front-end development concepts (HTML/CSS/React awareness is a plus) Experience with motion design or micro-interactions Exposure to design systems at scale Knowledge of emerging AI design ecosystems and prompt engineering practices Soft Skills: Strong storytelling and communication abilities High creativity with structured problem-solving mindset Ability to influence stakeholders through design thinking Adaptability in fast-changing, innovation-driven environments Strong ownership and collaborative mindset Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
