Remote Military HHG Dispatcher / Planner
Job Description
Great Job Moving & Storage is hiring an experienced Military HHG Dispatcher / Planner to help manage our military hauling operation (approx. 5 trucks). This is a fully remote, flexible role. You will work with tonnage lists, combine shipments, plan routes, track profitability, and keep our fleet loaded and moving profitably.
Key Responsibilities
- Review tonnage lists and identify profitable shipments
- Combine shipments based on weight, dates, lanes, and truck capacity
- Reduce empty miles and find backhauls
- Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and route timing with drivers, dispatchers, TSPs, and agents
- Track shipment profitability and help improve fleet utilization
Requirements
- Experience in Military HHG / DP3 hauling operations
- Experience with military tonnage lists
- Familiarity with military dispatchers, agents, or TSPs
- Strong route planning and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and respond quickly when opportunities arise
- Must be able to help keep trucks moving profitably
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $20–$25/hour + performance bonuses (2%–5% of profit) for potential earnings of $30-$50/hour
- Location: Fully remote
- Schedule: Flexible. Part‑time or full‑time depending on volume
