We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated Data Entry Clerk and IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients in Orange County, CA, by providing exceptional customer service, processing claims online portal tickets, and ensuring seamless account creation experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Clerk and IT Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing claims online portal tickets, including account creation, registration, and resolution of issues
  • Managing a minimum of 10 tickets per day using ServiceNow and CyberArk
  • Helping to backlog and process new tickets that come through
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless account creation experiences
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports

Schedule and Training:

The position schedule will be Monday through Friday, with flexibility in start times between 6am and 8:30am and end times between 2pm and 4:30pm. Training will last for the first 3 weeks of the assignment, starting at 6am daily.

Required Skills and Experience:

* 2+ years of Account Creation experience

  • 2+ years of Customer Service and IT Help Desk experience
  • Healthcare Experience
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Detail Oriented
  • High school diploma

Nice to Have Skills and Experience:

* ServiceNow / CyberArk experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
