Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Contacting existing customers on behalf of arenaflex's clients, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems
• Upgrading or resubscribing their services, delivering sales results that meet client performance objectives
• Delivering productivity results, including contacts per hour, sales per hour, and accuracy, that meet client performance objectives
• Adhering to standard contact procedures, building relationships, and overcoming prospect objections
• Adhering to operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• To be a North Carolina resident
• A private and secure workspace at home, free from background noise or distractions
• Sales, Call Center, Upselling, Retail Sales, or Customer Service experience (highly preferred)
• Professional vocabulary
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Assertive and quick thinking
• Excellent schedule adherence and attendance
• Prior work-from-home call center experience (a plus!)
• Good computer skills

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you will need:

• A computer or laptop that meets the following specifications:

+ Windows 10 Desktop or laptop, current on all security updates + High-quality noise-canceling wired USB headset + Dual Screen Set-up, with a separate 19" monitor and 1280x1024 minimum resolution + Webcam + Free space, 5 GB + Processor speed, Dual Core @3 GHz or better, or Quad Core @2GHz or better + RAM, 8 GB + Anti-Virus, Full versions of Windows Defender or Essentials

• A reliable internet connection, with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed (DSL, Fiber Optic, or Cable)
