As a Patient Care Advocate at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in helping patients understand their pharmacy benefits, track patient interactions, and ensure they're equipped with the best advice. You'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support to patients in need. With your expertise and empathy, you'll make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Help patients understand their pharmacy benefits better by using your knowledge, problem-solving skills, and support from your team to answer patient calls effectively.
- Help keep track of patient interactions by using your expert listening skills to get to the heart of a patient's question quickly and document all interactions in real-time.
- Ensure patients are equipped with the best advice by identifying and empathetically addressing patient concerns and, if necessary, escalating appropriately.
What You Should Have:
* High School Diploma / GED required
- College degree or Junior College degree with a healthcare focus preferred
- 1 year of relevant customer care experience
- Intermediate to Advanced PC knowledge
- Ability to navigate multiple screens and systems
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Flexibility to work specified shift and extended hours as necessary
