Key Responsibilities:

* Research and respond to written inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner

  • Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide clear, concise solutions
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into our systems, ensuring data integrity and quality
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment

  • Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
  • Data entry and/or typing experience
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
  • 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
