About the Internship
As a Customer Experience Work From Home Intern at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in shaping the way our customers interact with our brand. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Customer Engagement: Take and manage inbound calls and chat processes to understand customers' requirements, respond to customer queries via chat and phone calls, and provide information about our products.
- Active Listening: Practice active listening and strive to exceed customer expectations by giving effective solutions to customers' problems.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Documentation: Document customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Issue Escalation: Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the process expert or relevant department for further assistance.
- Trend Identification: Proactively identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements that can enhance the customer experience.
- Post-Sales Support: Assist customers in resolving post-sales issues, such as technical difficulties or order-related concerns.

- Are available for a work-from-home internship
- Can start between 6th January 2025 and 10th February 2025
- Are available for a duration of 6 months
