Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to plan members, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues related to prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions
  • Utilizing your knowledge and expertise to offer personalized solutions and guidance, empowering plan members to make informed decisions about their healthcare
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date on industry developments
  • Adhering to HIPAA and regulatory compliance standards, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism

Work Schedule and Compensation:

We offer a part-time schedule with flexible hours, starting at 20 hours per week. Days off and hours may vary, and planned start times will change to accommodate business needs. Our site hours are 6am-11pm local time, 7 days a week. Compensation is $26/hour, providing a competitive salary and benefits package.

Required Qualifications:

* 2 years of experience in client-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, customer service, hospitality, or military experience

  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Associate's degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong customer service skills, including phone etiquette and communication
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
