Job Summary

As a Part-Time Data Entry Assistant, you'll be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and entering data on faculty, students, and professionals in the arenaflex network and their research into the arenaflex Academic Knowledgebase. You'll report to the Senior Manager of Academic Research, working closely with our team to manage data entry, exercise analytical and critical thinking skills to recognize patterns, and further develop your knowledge of the Academy.

Key Responsibilities

* Evaluating and collecting data on arenaflex network members to enhance institutional knowledge and reporting

• Parsing between relevant and irrelevant data to ensure high-quality data inputs
• Entering data on job affiliations and contact information into Google Sheets and arenaflex Salesforce database
• Collaborating with the Senior Manager of Academic Research to develop and implement data analysis and reporting strategies
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to arenaflex network members and stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

* Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to maintain focus on time-consuming tasks, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing simultaneous requests
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A curious nature with a strong drive to learn and grow

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ years of relevant work experience

• Familiarity with the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• Familiarity with Salesforce (or related CRM software)
• Knowledge and appreciation for classical liberal ideas
• Basic knowledge of Academic Research

Work Schedule

* 25 hours weekly, with flexibility to work from home and manage your schedule

Compensation

* $15.00 - $18.00 an hour, commensurate with experience
