Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Process and arrange customs clearance for shipments from data sets, SOPs, duty books, web, or customs, ensuring accurate and efficient clearance.
  • Handle and process various import-related documentation for submission to US Customs, including PGA (Participating Government Agencies) filings.
  • Maintain and update all shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements.
  • Comply with all international importing and exporting regulations, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal staff, divisions, and external partners to deliver high-quality service and support to clients.
  • Process organizational financier shipments and may handle distant filings.
  • Ensure adherence to all service and operational standards, maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., logistics, supply chain management, international trade).

  • No industry experience required, but a minimum of 6 months of work experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, including MS Office, Viewpoint, and Office equipment (telephone, fax, scanner, printer, scanner).
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, transporters, intermediaries, government agencies, and internal staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle high volumes of work and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, using discretion and judgment to make decisions.
  • Familiarity with various systems and reference materials, including trade compliance software and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

* HS Certificate or GED.

  • Industry experience in logistics, supply chain management, or international trade.
  • Knowledge of trade compliance regulations and procedures.
  • Experience with trade compliance software and systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
