Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making purchase suggestions to customers
  • Working with our food program and maintaining high standards for store appearance
  • Interacting with customers daily, responding to their queries, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner
  • Collaborating with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and achieve sales goals
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
  • Participating in comprehensive training programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to achieving sales goals
  • Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required

Preferred Qualifications:

* Sales associate or cashiering experience
