Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service by engaging directly with customers, answering their questions, and helping them find what they need
• Working with customer files and contracts to ensure accurate and efficient processing
• Assisting with cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise to maintain a positive sales floor environment
• Handling clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks
• Maintaining a positive and energetic attitude, even in high-pressure situations
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and create a positive team environment

Essential Qualifications

* Solid communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
• Desire to help customers and provide exceptional service
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (don't worry, we'll train you and give you the tools to do it safely)
• Age: 18 or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous retail or customer service experience

• Basic computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent required
