The Role
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our users through our online chat platform. You'll be responsible for:
- Answering live chat messages and supporting the needs of our users in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese
- Collecting and relaying customer feedback to the rest of the arenaflex team
- Identifying potential issues and coordinating with the Development team to resolve them
- Supporting other Customer Support projects as necessary

What We're Looking For

- Experience: You'll need experience in Customer Support, with the ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English and ideally in Spanish or Portuguese. You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and be able to learn quickly.
- Aptitude for Learning: You'll need to be able to learn the user journey and creatively address user questions. You'll also need to synthesize common feedback to help the team prioritize bugs and improvements.
Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in Customer Support
- Strong fluency in English and bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese
- Familiarity with software such as Intercom, Stripe, Retool, Notion, Slack, Braintree, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Zendesk (a plus)
- Coding knowledge is not required but is a plus
- Reliable internet connection (at least 10 MB/s) and a computer that can reliably connect to the web
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if needed
Preferred Qualifications
* Fluency in Polish, German, French, Italian, or Tagalog (a plus)
- Experience working in a startup environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
