Join arenaflex's Dutch Customer Experience Team

We are thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Dutch customer experience team, supporting customers from the Netherlands and Belgium. After completing a comprehensive training program led by certified instructors, you will be equipped to provide top-notch customer service, ensuring high customer satisfaction and representing a major brand.

Key Responsibilities:

* Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve their queries and concerns

  • Track and follow cases to ensure efficient and timely closure
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support
  • Assist customers in managing and securing their accounts and passwords
  • Set up repairs for hardware-related issues
  • Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support interaction experts
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction and service quality

What You Will Bring:

* Fluency in Dutch (native or near-native level)

  • Advanced English knowledge (written and spoken)
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology (desired but not required)
  • Prior customer support experience (an advantage but not necessary)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities
