Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Requirements
To succeed as a Customer Service Support Representative, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (required), with some college or relevant certifications a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem-solving.
