Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, especially in a call center or healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Basic computer proficiency and internet connection for remote work, with the ability to navigate our systems and software.

Preferred Qualifications:
