Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Workday Data Migrations team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with our stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven solutions to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
* Analyze and interpret complex data to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to support business growth
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven solutions
- Work closely with our Delivery Group, Engineers, and Product Owners to drive business growth and success
- Develop and maintain data migration processes and procedures
- Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and opportunities proactively
- Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, technical specifications, and testing plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned by management
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, mathematics)
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with data migration processes and procedures
- Strong understanding of business processes and systems
- Ability to develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of data security and compliance regulations
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, mathematics)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Experience with Workday or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong understanding of data governance and compliance regulations
- Experience with data quality and data integrity processes
