Responsibilities

As a Remote Online Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing real-time support to our customers through online chat services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers in real-time through online chat to provide support and assistance
  • Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement

* First response time: Respond to customer inquiries within 30 seconds

  • Resolution rate: Resolve 80% of customer issues on the first interaction
  • Customer satisfaction: Achieve a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or higher
  • Quality of documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

Qualifications

To succeed as a Remote Online Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in typing and navigating online chat platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) is a plus

Experience
