Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your exceptional customer service skills will make all the difference in building strong relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Identifying customer questions, complaints, concerns, and overall needs, and providing sufficient answers and solutions to all customer queries
- Handling customer complaints respectfully and professionally, and following up with callers on complaint/question status to ensure resolution
- Collaborating with call center team members and other company departments to ensure overall customer and product satisfaction
- Following all communication procedures, policies, and guidelines during every customer interaction
- Performing duties and responsibilities with our customers' satisfaction as your number one priority
- Redirecting customers to appropriate departments and teams when necessary
- Utilizing good judgment and being resourceful to find answers and resolve issues satisfactorily for callers, and knowing when to refer a caller to a different department or supervisor when necessary
- Multitasking, including documenting all calls, sending emails and/or faxes to callers, and performing any follow-up work promised to a caller
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- A minimum of one year of Call Center experience
- Helpful, friendly customer service experience
- The ability to talk on the phone and navigate a computer at the same time
- The ability to read notes within the computer system to answer questions
- Good judgment and resourcefulness to find answers and resolve issues satisfactorily for callers
- The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience with [specific software or systems]
- Certification in customer service or a related field
