Responsibilities As a Technical Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering prompt, efficient, and detailed service to our customers. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer issues, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring account security. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Providing prompt, efficient, and detailed service by engaging directly with arenaflex's customers via various contact channels, including chat, email, inbound and outbound voice calls. * Being a voice and advocate for our customers when something doesn't feel right, and working with them to understand how they use our products to resolve their issues and maximize their investments. * Actively seeking solutions to customer needs, communicating trends to leadership, and suggesting innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience. * Assisting with customer communication and troubleshooting during product launches and ensuring a consistent and highest-quality level of support across the customer support spectrum. * Developing detailed knowledge about specific product lines and features to provide expert-level support to our customers. * Handling various contact types, including chat, email, inbound and outbound voice calls, and working across different time zones to ensure 24/7 support. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays, to ensure 24/7 support. * Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement. Nice-to-Haves While not required, the following qualifications and skills would be beneficial in this role: * Associate's degree or higher in a related field, such as business, communications, or computer science. * 1 year of customer service experience, with a focus on technical support.
