Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and chats, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Documenting delivery information into our tracking system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborating with regional facilities to create a seamless customer experience
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues, escalating as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participating in continuous improvement efforts to drive business growth and excellence
- Working closely with our team to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements
To be a successful Customer Care Associate, you'll need:
- The ability to multitask on a computer while on phone calls, using multiple applications and software
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen attentively and empathize with customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
- A reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
- The ability to pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
