Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in technical skills, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., English, Spanish, French)
  • Experience with customer service software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
