Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our Business Intelligence and Analytics team. As a senior data analyst, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and innovation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop data-driven insights, and communicate findings to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and innovation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven insights
• Develop and maintain complex data models, databases, and data visualizations using SQL, Python, and R
• Conduct advanced data analysis, including statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and compelling reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply knowledge to drive business innovation

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering

• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst or scientist in an industry or academic setting
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and R, with experience working with large datasets
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering

• Experience with machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with data governance and quality assurance
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
