About the Job
As an Experienced Full Stack Bookkeeper, you will be at the forefront of cross-functional collaboration, working closely with various teams, including Specialized Accounting, Functional Accounting, Designing, Product, Finance, Assessment, Legal, and other stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Creating and planning comprehensive bookkeeping data requirements to support the automation of journal entries, ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, and efficiency in financial processes.
- Leading functional improvement initiatives to streamline income tasks and reduce the income close cycle.
- Reviewing data quality of journal entries prepared through the Income Subledger and planning Data Quality checks for identified use cases through bookkeeping requirements planning, special examinations, new product launches, etc.
- Collaborating with the Product and Designing teams to continuously improve our daily Income Compromise process and oversee compromise investigation with the assistance of the analysis team.
- Reviewing meetings and evaluating the impact on existing or need for new bookkeeping requirements for the Income Subledger.
- Cross-working with collaborating teams on journal entry streams for new or existing products for automation through the Income Subledger.
- Performing monthly income bookkeeping close responsibilities, including but not limited to: GAAP income analysis, cost of income analysis, debt claims compromises, review journal entries, and audit close package expectations.
- Specialized examinations and projects as assigned.
We're Excited About You Because
* You have 3+ years of experience in income bookkeeping, data analysis, and business intelligence.
- You have a solid understanding of US GAAP, ASC 606 Income Recognition required; knowledge of IFRS an plus.
- You possess transitional/high-level SQL skills and the ability to work with large volumes of conditional data, Python an plus.
- You have solid logical and critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt to changing work environments.
- You can communicate effectively with all levels of management and cross-functional teams, both internally and remotely.
