Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* High school degree or equivalent
- Bilingual language skills required in some locations
- Applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities
- Must satisfy FAA background checks to qualify for unescorted access to airport security identity display areas (SIDA), if applicable
- Must be able to obtain stable airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
- Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, complete background check and/or fingerprinting to meet agency and security requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Working knowledge of Sabre or another Passenger Service System
- Previous face-to-face customer service experience
- Working in a fast-paced environment
