Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our organization, providing top-notch support to our customers through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to resolve issues efficiently, build trust, and exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issue resolution and follow-up actions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide informed support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and grammar
  • Excellent listening comprehension skills to effectively understand customer needs
  • Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Clear, professional, and friendly voice to communicate with customers
  • Type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

* Spanish/English bilingual (a plus)

  • Availability for both weekend days (Saturday and/or Sunday)
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
