Job Synopsis
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for corporate travel management organizations at arenaflex. You'll use your analytical skills to make informed decisions that drive revenue growth, leveraging our organization's resources and corporate client relationships. This is a high-impact role that requires minimal supervision, and you'll be responsible for managing key business relationships with Travel Management Company (TMC) accounts focused on business travel experiences for arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a subject matter expert for TMC business for arenaflex, providing strategic guidance and support to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel experiences for arenaflex.
- Utilize extensive judgment to manage pricing, cost analysis, and negotiations of all TMC agreements, with a focus on maximizing revenue and yield in individual markets.
- Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to develop contract-officer agreements.
- Analyze revenue, limits, and agreement performance to ensure objective consistency and profitability.
- Develop and implement marketing-related initiatives to drive sales efforts, working closely with marketing and business development teams.
- Manage the setup of TMC organization accounts through sales calls, arrangement planning, and coordination with pricing.
- Plan business development and lead advancement of other organization accounts through collaboration with sales management teams to ensure exceptional entries are documented as needed and drive expected revenue per the terms of the agreement.
- Monitor reporting and metrics to identify trends and develop strategies to ensure the organization is positioned suitably in the market.
- Monitor revenue, commissions, and agreement performance to ensure maximum incomes and sales objectives are achieved.
- Successfully manage and allocate time and resources, maximizing revenue opportunities at the most cost-effective rate for arenaflex.
- Prepare and execute local sales plans according to corporate sales targets and ensure arenaflex is strategically positioned among its competitors and leverages its position in the market.
Work Experience, Education, and Skills
* Required: + 2 years of experience in outside sales, with a focus in the retail service industry or related field. + 4-year degree, or 2 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of this degree. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). + High school diploma or equivalent. + Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Preferred:
+ Earlier airline experience. + Earlier exposure to and utilization of travel industry data reporting sources like Sabre and Amadeus. + Proficiency with CRM tool Salesforce. + Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive results to the greatest advantage of the organization. + Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with different teams and workgroups. + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to conflicts arising from competing needs.
