Responsibilities

As a Customer Service / Data Entry Call Center Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing remarkable service to clients' customers via phone, ensuring a positive experience for each caller
• Handling a high volume of inbound or outbound calls, addressing all inquiries, and providing accurate and efficient responses
• Building lasting relationships with clients, customers, and other call center team members based on trust and reliability
• Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service
• Meeting department productivity and quality standards
• Striving for first call resolution and taking true ownership of customer needs and issues
• Communicating and following instructions for one call customer resolution
• Delivering amazing customer service through effective and timely resolution of various customer inquiries and concerns
• Taking an active role in educating customers about our clients' products and services
• Performing data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
• Maintaining a professional demeanor and excellent voice quality on all calls handled

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, skills
• SAP experience is preferred
• Excellent data entry accuracy and communication skills
• Experience with customer service in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center, demonstrating ability to be empathetic and compassionate
• Ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent voice quality and a professional demeanor
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain accuracy and production standards
• Physical attendance is key to success and necessary to meet objectives

Nice-to-Haves
