Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Actively listening to and asking questions to identify customer needs and preferences
• Advising clients on insurance plan options, coverages, and pricing to ensure they make informed decisions
• Processing new and/or amended enrollments in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensuring clients' customers enjoy authentic and personalized experiences
• Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile, even in high-pressure situations
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• An active Personal Lines resident license to sell insurance
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems
• A passion for helping others and a patient, empathetic nature
• Ability to pass a background check and reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence

Nice-to-Haves:

* Bilingual in Spanish (preferred for higher pay rate)
