The Role

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, using your skills and expertise to resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns. With a focus on innovation and creativity, you'll have the opportunity to develop new solutions and approaches that drive business results.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with customers via phone, video, email, and/or chat to resolve their questions or concerns
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that arise
• Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
• Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
• Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Providing feedback on call issues
• Upselling when required

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in a remote or virtual environment)
• Over 18 years of age
• Ability to type 25 wpm
• High School Graduate or GED
• Comfort with desktop computer systems
• Proven oral and written communication skills
• Logical problem-solving skills
• Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
• Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

As a remote worker, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• Provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later, Wired Ethernet LAN connection, and Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted)
• Internet Requirements:

+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 15.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms + Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN + Proof of internet speed required + Clean and quiet workspace
