Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing customer queries and complaints across multiple communication channels. You'll work closely with our team to provide professional customer support, process orders and modifications, and escalate complaints as needed. Responsibilities
As a key member of our customer service team, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and attention to detail
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer support
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and identifying areas for improvement
- Managing a team of junior customer service representatives and providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements
