Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing timely and professional assistance to customers experiencing technical difficulties related to internet services, including troubleshooting, resolving connectivity and account issues, and offering step-by-step guidance for internet and device-related problems.
- Responding to chats, support tickets, and emails efficiently, using various tools to assist customers effectively.
- Utilizing Fresh Desk to log and track customer interactions, manage inquiries within service level agreements (SLAs), and access and update customer accounts using Sonar CRM.
- Escalating unresolved technical issues to higher-level support as needed and collaborating with network operations and IT teams for complex troubleshooting.
- Participating in quality assurance activities to improve customer service and contribute to the development of our customer support processes.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English): Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, as you'll be interacting with customers in both languages.
- Customer Service Experience: 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with internet troubleshooting, networking concepts, and ticketing systems (Fresh Desk, Sonar CRM).
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Flexibility: Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules, as well as adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and helpdesk software.
- Knowledge of network protocols and internet technologies.
