Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, or live chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, while also providing a positive and personalized experience for each customer. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer questions and resolving issues via live chat, email, or phone
  • Providing concise and accurate information to customers in a timely manner
  • Identifying and flagging major pain points to our liaison team for further action
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Working effectively in a virtual environment and maintaining a high level of productivity

  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Availability to work weekends if needed

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
