Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, providing prompt and friendly assistance via phone, email, and in-person. You'll handle registration and payment processes for events and leagues, communicate event details, and address customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
