Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Training Professional at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in guiding our customers through the implementation process of our software solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with customers via phone, webcam, and internet to identify their business needs and configure our solutions to meet those needs
- Providing customers with the knowledge and skills they need to utilize our solutions in their day-to-day operations
- Collaborating closely with our team to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation and training process
- Identifying and addressing customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our customers receive the best possible support and guidance
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- An associate degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in Finance, Accounting, or customer service is a plus, but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to ongoing learning and development
