Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Training Professional at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in guiding our customers through the implementation process of our software solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with customers via phone, webcam, and internet to identify their business needs and configure our solutions to meet those needs
• Providing customers with the knowledge and skills they need to utilize our solutions in their day-to-day operations
• Collaborating closely with our team to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation and training process
• Identifying and addressing customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our customers receive the best possible support and guidance

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• An associate degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in Finance, Accounting, or customer service is a plus, but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to ongoing learning and development
• A willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
