Job Description
As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for handling phone calls from existing customers of our clients. Your primary goal will be to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer experiences. You'll work independently, using your own computer and headset, to provide support services to our clients' customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues related to our clients' services and products
- Provide exceptional customer experiences, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty

- Make your own schedule based on your family commitments or other work opportunities

Essential Qualifications:
