- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data privacy regulations, ensuring the security of sensitive information
- Meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy, using effective time management skills
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:Essential Qualifications:
- High typing speed with accuracy (at least 60 words per minute)
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to spot inconsistencies or errors quickly
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and organize large volumes of data systematically
- Proficiency with data entry software, Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel), and other database management tools
- Understanding of data entry best practices and experience working with large datasets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with internal teams and provide clear, concise information
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues as they arise, using problem-solving skills and technical expertise
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and the importance of keeping sensitive information secure
