Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Comparing data with source documents to detect errors and discrepancies
  • Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of data before entry
  • Maintaining logbooks of activities and completed work
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
  • Utilizing MS Office and data programs to efficiently manage data
  • Maintaining high typing speed and accuracy
  • Demonstrating excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Working independently with minimal supervision, while being self-motivated and committed to meeting deadlines
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security protocols
  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding to queries and accessing relevant files
  • Adapting to changing work environments and cultures

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy (at least 40 wpm)
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with data programs
